P. Venugopala Rao, Secretary & Executive Director

NEED was established in 1992 and officially registered in 1998 under the leadership of Mr. P. Venugopala Rao. It began as a compassionate response to the challenging living conditions of disadvantaged populations, aiming to restore dignity and provide opportunities through dedicated service.

NEED organisation exists to empower individuals and communities through education, innovation, and sustainable initiatives, enabling them to reach their full potential and create a better future.
